In a weekend where the county saw a wealth of action in almost every GAA ground, teams from Drom & Inch were in full contention. The seniors led the way in what was a do or die match for them, where defeat would have all but ended their championship aspirations against Carrick Swan. Our intermediates took on Boherlahan in the league final of the Division 4 county league and claimed the title for the first time and our young stars of the U-14 team took Mid Championship honours on Saturday morning in Holycross.

Senior Hurling: Our seniors had an impressive 2-24 to 0-16 win last Saturday evening over Carrick Swan in Cashel. In a closely contested first half, our seniors upped the ante for the second and ran out comfortable winners in the end in greasy conditions. They play Thurles Sarsfields in their last group game which is scheduled to go ahead in the next few weeks.

Intermediate Hurling: Congratulations to our intermediates on winning the division 4 county hurling league title over the weekend. In what was a fiery contest against Boherlahan, there was the slightest of margins separating the sides at the final whistle in Holycross. Michael Costello accepted the cup on behalf of the players. Huge credit goes to the management team of Kieran Young, Frankie McGrath, Michael Bourke and James Woodlock for their continued efforts with this team. Final score in Holycross was 0-20 to 2-13.

Minor Hurling: Well done to our minors who have qualified for the Mid B final after a well deserved 3-20 to 2-12 win over Loughmore last Thursday in Templemore. The Mid final is scheduled to go ahead in the coming weeks where they will go up against Gortnahoe.

U-16 Hurling: Our U-16's defeated Durlas Og last Monday in their second group game in Pairc ns nOg. With one more group game to play, Drom are in a strong position to top the group. Final score in Thurles was Drom & Inch 0-17 Durlas Og 2-09. They play JK Brackens in The Ragg next Monday 20th at 7pm.

U-14 Hurling: Our U-14's were crowned Mid champions of the B competition last Saturday in Holycross against Boherlahan in what was a thrilling encounter on a score line of 2-07 to 1-08. Congratulations to all the players and the management of Pat Looby, Maitiu Cahill and Declan Fitzpatrick for their efforts. Full match report can be read from the official club Clubify App.

Tipperary U-21: Well done to the Tipperary U-21 hurlers on their win over Galway in the All-Ireland semi final last week especially to Podge Campion and Stevie Nolan for their efforts. We wish the panel and management the very best in their preparations for the All-Ireland final
