Senior Hurling: Our seniors opened up their league campaign with a hard fought draw with Borrisoleigh last Friday under lights. Final score was 1-15 to Drom, 3-9 for Borrisoleigh. The seniors next play Thurles Sarsfields in the league this Friday 15th in Borrisoleigh at 8pm.

Intermediate Hurling: Our intermediates also began their league campaign with a share of the spoils away to Cappawhite. In difficult conditions, the final score was 0-11 apiece. The intermediates next play Ballybacon/Grange in the league this Saturday at 2:30 in The Ragg.

Minor Football: Due to the inclement weather, the minors clash with Upperchurch was postponed.

U-14 Feile: Our U-14's Mid final of the Feile na Gael was abandoned last Saturday morning due to inclement weather against JK Brackens. This fixture is TBC.

Progressive 25 Drive: The annual Progressive 25 Drive in aid of the juvenile club is fixed for Wednesday 13th March in Drom Hall at 8:30. Please support.

Club Membership: Membership is now due, anybody who does not have their membership paid before March 31st is not entitled to voting rights at Club AGM's next year or any EGM's that may be held. Also players who do not pay their membership may hinder their chances of being picked to play league games as they will not be insured. Membership can be paid to Trevor Hassett or any club official.

The Oskarz: All roads lead to The Ragg this Saturday night for the clubs main fundraiser, The Oskarz. Doors open at 6:30. As this is a formal dress event, Morans Menswear Thurles are offering tuxedo hire at a reduced rate. Just quote "The Oskarz" to one of the staff to avail of this offer. The Saturday night event is completely sold out but there are tickets are still available for the Encore show the following night. Tickets can be purchased from Moloney's Filling Station, Younge's The Ragg or online at www.eventbrite.ie. The Encore night will be a showing of all the films in full followed by the band The Shakes.
