Junior Hurling: A massive congratulations needs to be extended to our Junior hurlers on their exciting Munster final win last Saturday against Garryspillane of Limerick. Once again a large crowd gathered in Killeedy to support our boys. Nothing separated the sides the previous week and the same outcome occurred this time around also and extra time was required. This is where our boys got a second wind and ran out six point winners. Final score AET in Killeedy was 2-23 to 2-17. A delighted Paul Connors accepted the cup on behalf of the Drom & Inch players. Well done to all the panel of players and to their management of Trevor Hassett, Eamonn Long, Andy Bourke and Seamus Cahill for all their work with this group. We wish them the very best of luck in the All Ireland semi final when they take on St. Vincent's of Dublin this Sunday, 26th, at 2pm in Killeedy again.

U-21 Football: Our U-21 footballers will begin their 2020 championship campaign this weekend. Draw scheduled for Monday evening. See fixtures for details.

Club Celebratory Night: Drom & Inch GAA Club and Drom & Inch Camogie Club together will have a celebratory night on February 22nd in Younge's The Ragg in honor of the victorious teams of 2019. Tickets are currently available from Younge's The Ragg, Moloney's Filling Station, Trevor Hassett, James Woodlock, Matthew Buckley and Miriam Campion. Tickets cost €25.

Mid Club of The Year Awards: The Mid Tipperary GAA Board are hosting their awards banquet at 8pm on Friday January 31 st in Younge’s, The Ragg. On the night, the Mid board will be honoring players of the year for 2019, referees, Hall of Fame, outgoing officers, Club of the Year and also our special achievement award winners. Drom & Inch has been named Senior Club of The Year for 2019 and also John Campion will receive his award for Young Hurler of the Year.

Drom NS Open Evening: Drom NS will be hosting their annual Open Evening on the 18th of February from 8pm in the school. All are welcome.
