As of today the gates to both our GAA grounds are now open and it is great to welcome everybody back as we face into a new standard of normal where a lot of changes have happened and we as a club need to embrace change and respect all procedures which we must now follow.

Here is what each Parent/Player needs to know IN ADVANCE of return to training with Drom Inch GAA Club.

All outstanding Membership/Registrations must be done on the first night back training (we will setup a table outside to collect outstanding memberships)

Child MUST be accompanied to pitch by parent to ensure child can go down onto the pitch by the Covid Officer. The Covid Officer from each team will know who has completed the online Questionnaire below, and confirmation pic of Cert on your phone will have to be shown to confirm you have completed the online course below). If you don’t have these done, you will be asked to step aside with your child and either do them on your phone in the car park, and join the queue again – or you may wish to go home and do them at your convenience ahead of the next nights training. Unfortunately, due to HSE/Government and GAA guidelines you/your child cannot be allowed onto the field to return to training without these completed. As a Club we have no choice but to follow these directives and procedures, plus they are in everyone’s best interest.

Link for COVID Health Questionnaire to be completed. This link is live from today – It must be completed ONCE in full before the first night's training, ie enter your details and confirm an answer for each question. Please note: there is a link to do online Covid educational course at the end of this process online. Some tips you may need – to change the “year born” it wont let you override the year in the box you have to click on the year on “top”. The link to this is: https://returntoplay.gaa.ie

This quick 20 minute online educational program must be completed by EACH parent/player ONCE, before return to the GAA pitch. If you have more than one child the completion of this once will cover you for all your children. At the end, it generates a “Cert” which you input your name (parent/player) – take a snapshot of this on your phone and save it to show your teams Covid Officer on the first night back. Click on the below Link and click “Start Course” on the top left. The link to complete this is : https://courses.gaa.ie/Covid19ClubEd

BEFORE every subsequent training session/game (unless notified otherwise of restriction being lifted) you must go back online through the same link above to "reconfirm" health declaration for their child – you don’t have to fill it out again, there will be a simple “reconfirm” details button to click. Your Team’s Covid Officer will be checking before each training session that each parent/player has done this.
