Please be mindful of the following ahead of the start up of our games this weekend.

Clubs hosting matches must have all entry gates closed and only allow entry to the named 40 plus the parent\guardian of the minor player involved.

A mid board officer will be at all games to oversee the correct implementation of the procedures.

Adequate stewarding must be at both the entrance and around the grounds.

When advertising club minor matches please ensure to state that members are being asked NOT to attend as only the 40 stated above and the parent\guardian of the player are permitted.

Clubs are asked to use their social media to inform all members of the decisions made at last nights meeting.
