Senior: Our hurler’s had a comprehensive win over Moyne-Templetuohy on a scoreline of 3-28 to 1-18 in our opening game of the Mid Championship. We will now play Thurles Sarsfields in the Mid Quarter Final which is currently pencilled in for the weekend of the 25/26th. Our Seniors play Moycarkey Borris in the Quarter final of the Cahill Cup this Saturday in the Ragg at 7pm.

Tipperary Action: Best of luck to David Butler, Emmett Moloney and Jamie Bergin who are part of the Tipperary Junior Football team who face Cork in the Munster Semi final which is been played in Thurles this Sunday.

Under 6: Training for our under 6’s will continue every Saturday at 10.30 in the Ragg. New players are welcome.

Under 12: On this Wednesday our under 12’s play Durlas Og and Upperchurch in the Ragg at 7 and 8pm

Under 14’s: Our under 14’s begin their hurling campaign against Holycross on this Thursday in the Ragg at 7pm.

Golf Classic: Our golf classic on last weekend in Rathdowney was a great success. Thanks to everyone helped over the two days especially Emma and Carol who ran the par 3 competition on the 17th hole and to Tom Keneally, Monica, Lucy and Maureen who provided burgers on the tenth tee for all players. Thanks also to our main sponsors of the classic Ballypatrick Stables and Bank of Ireland finance and to everyone who played and who sponsored tee boxes and tees. Presentation of prizes took place in Young’s and our thanks to Donal and Rose for providing music and refreshments on the night. The classic was won by the team of Tom Everard, Donal Hurley, John McCormack and Frank Dempsey.
